Some are passed from one generation to the next. Others are sold privately through neighbors, mayors or local contacts.
That’s why we are sharing our search openly.
Someone, somewhere, may already know the place we are looking for.

What are we looking for?
WHERE WE ARE LOOKING
Our primary search is focused on central Spain, particularly in Castilla-La Mancha. We also remain open to exceptional opportunities in neighbouring regions and elsewhere in Spain.
EXISTING BUILDINGS
Existing agricultural buildings are one of our highest priorities. Livestock facilities, barns and storage are particularly valuable. We prefer restoring and adapting existing buildings over constructing new ones.
WATER
A reliable and legally authorised water supply is essential. This may include a registered well, established water rights or another reliable authorised supply.
The ideal ASH property
We are searching for a rural property that can provide the foundations for ASH to grow responsibly over the long term. The property does not have to be perfect. But it should have the right foundations.
LAND
Approximately 8–30 hectares, although larger or smaller properties may be considered. Suitable for extensive grazing, with natural biodiversity and potential for ecological restoration.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Year-round road access is essential. Existing electricity is welcome, although properties with strong potential for an independent solar energy system may also be suitable
AGRICULTURAL USE
Properties with an existing agricultural history are particularly interesting, especially livestock farms and mixed agricultural holdings.y.
What we are not looking for.
Properties priced primarily for luxury rather than practical suitability
Hunting estates as the primary purpose
Tourist resorts
Intensive farming
Speculative development land
Properties dependent on major legal
regularization before they can function
